SENS Life Scratch and Win Campaign - Terms and Conditions

  1. Campaign Overview:
  • The SENS Life Scratch and Win Campaign is valid from 5th October 2024 to 3rd November 2024.
  • Customers who make a prepaid purchase of INR 999 or above during the campaign period are eligible to participate.
  • The campaign is limited to the first 300 customers who qualify.
  • Prizes include a range of products such as Google TVs, Smart Watches, Neckbands, TWS, and Brand Merchandise.
  1. Eligibility:
  • This campaign is open only to customers who place confirmed prepaid orders with an order value of INR 999 or more.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are not eligible for this campaign.
  • Customers must be residents of India and above the age of 18 at the time of participation.
  • Employees of SENS Life, its affiliates, partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  1. How to Participate:
  • To enter the campaign, customers must:
    • Place a confirmed prepaid order of INR 999 or above on the SENS Life website.
    • After completing the purchase, eligible customers will receive a Pop up of Scratch and Win to participate, a link via email shall also be shared which will be valid for one time use.
    • Customers can use the digital scratch card to reveal their prize.
    • Only one entry per order is permitted. Multiple entries for the same order will not be entertained.
  1. Pricing Structure:
  • A total of 300 prizes will be awarded to the first 300 eligible customers.
  • The prize structure is as follows *:
    • 3x Google TVs
    • 6x Silver Coins (10gm)
    • 8x Cnatra 1
    • 11x Nuton 1
    • 15x Alvis 1
    • 258x Fridge Magnets
  • * Number of gifts can be change in later stages/depending upon the campaign response.
  • Prizes are distributed based on availability, and once a specific prize is exhausted, customers can no longer win that item.
  1. Winner Notification and Prize Dispatch:
  • Winners will be notified via email with details of the prize they have won.
  • The prize will be dispatched along with the customer’s prepaid order.
  • No changes or requests for alternate prizes will be entertained once a prize has been scratched and revealed.
  1. Claiming the Prize:
  • Prizes will be automatically dispatched with the customer’s prepaid order. No further action is required to claim the prize.
  • SENS Life is not responsible for delays in dispatch due to unforeseen circumstances.
  1. General Rules:
  • SENS Life reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
  • Gifts won cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary compensation. They are non-transferable and cannot be substituted.
  • The actual gift received by the winner may differ from the images shown in the campaign promotional materials.
  • Once a gift has been won, it cannot be replaced or exchanged for any other gift, regardless of the circumstances.
  • SENS Life is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay of the gift during transit. Once dispatched, the responsibility of the gift lies with the courier partner.
  • There is no cancellations of orders so return is not accepted so as refund.
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of SENS Life management will be final and binding.
  • The winners will be selected based on a system-generated randomizer.
  • The gift will only be covered for manufacturing defects and will not include any warranty
  • SENS Life reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the terms and conditions or indulging in fraudulent activities.
  • Free TV installation will be provided by the company for the customers who have won google TVs.
  • The purchase of SENS Life products does not guarantee winning a gift. Gifts are distributed based on eligibility and availability.
  • By participating in this campaign, customers agree to SENS Life’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  1. Limitation of Liability:
  • SENS Life will not be responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website failures, delays in receiving email notifications, or any other interruptions that may affect participation in the campaign.
  • SENS Life is not liable for any loss, damage, or non-receipt of prizes resulting from incorrect details provided by participants.
  1. Privacy Policy:
  • By participating in this campaign, you agree to the use of your personal information in accordance with SENS Life’s Privacy Policy.
  • Your details will be used solely for the purpose of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
  1. Governing Law:

  1. How can I participate in the Scratch and Win Campaign?

To participate:

Make a confirmed prepaid purchase of INR 999 or more from the SENS Life website. After your order is confirmed, you will receive a digital scratch card link via email. Scratch the digital card to reveal your gift.

  1. Can I participate with a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?
    No, only prepaid orders are eligible for this campaign. COD orders will not qualify for the Scratch and Win campaign.
  2. How will I know if I have won a gift?
    After completing your purchase and scratching the digital card, you will immediately see the gift you’ve won. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent with the prize details and next steps for claiming your gift.
  3. How will I receive my gift?

If you placed a prepaid order, your gift will be dispatched along with your product. You will receive a notification email with tracking details once your gift is dispatched.

  1. What if the gift I want is no longer available?

Gifts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 300 eligible customers. If a particular gift has been claimed by other winners, it will no longer be available. You will receive a different gift based on availability.

  1. Can I exchange my gift for something else or cash?

No, the gifts won through this campaign cannot be exchanged for other items or converted into cash.

  1. What if my gift is damaged or lost in transit?

SENS Life will not be responsible for any damage or loss during the shipping of your gift. Once the gift is dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the courier partner.

  1. Are there any additional costs, like taxes, for the gift?
    Any applicable taxes or levies on the gift, such as gift tax, will need to be borne by the winner. SENS Life is not responsible for covering these costs.
  2. Can I participate multiple times?
    Yes, you can participate multiple times, but each eligible purchase (prepaid order of INR 999 or more) only counts as one entry.
  3. How long will the campaign run?

The Scratch and Win Campaign will run from 5th October 2024 to 3rd November 2024, or until all 300 gifts have been claimed, whichever comes first.
