That it is agreed by the customer that the all the customs and duties for import and export documentation, duties and taxes shall be borne by the customer/buyer only for the order placed and the JIPL shall have no liability for the same.

Insurance
That it is agreed by the customer that the all the responsibility for insuring the goods during transit shall be borne by the customer exclusively and the JIPL shall have no liability for the same.

Risk of Loss
That it is agreed by the customer that the all the risk of loss or damage to the goods during transit shall be borne by the customer exclusively and the JIPL shall have no liability for the same.

The courts at New Delhi, India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the subject matter of order placed by the buyer to JIPL.

Currency
That all the transactions shall be in US dollars only and the conversion rate shall be determined by the date of making the final payment by the customer/buyer to JIPL.
