    Contest – 1, #SENSMASTERCHEFCONTEST

    • Participants must follow our Instagram and Facebook page.
    • Participants must enter the contest by posting their reel & tagging us.
    • Multiple entries are allowed. Must follow our Instagram and Facebook page
    • All entries received after the given date and time will not be considered.
    • 2 winners will be selected based on maximum views on the tagged reel. They will then receive a 1 43 (108cm) Smart TV.
    • A winner will be announced after the completion of the contest.
    • The winner must acknowledge the DM from the SENSLife official account within 72 hours of the announcement; otherwise, their participation will be void.
    • Contest duration:  1 month (4th April to 3rd May 2025).
    • People aged 18 or above (as of April 2025) can participate in the contest.
    • We may ask you for an identity proof to ascertain the criteria mentioned above.
    • Employees and immediate family members of SENSLife (The “Organizer”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies, and suppliers are not eligible for the contest.

    GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • This contest is promoted and conducted by SENSLIFE (“SENSLIFE”) within the territory of India.
    • The contest period starts from 4th April and ends on the 3rd May unless withdrawn earlier by SENSLIFE, at its sole discretion.
    • There is no fee for the participation.
    • Out of the tagged reels during the Contest Period, 2 winners, across both platforms, will receive a smart TV 43 (108cm). The Prize will be sent to the winners at their requested address within 15-20 days.
    • Employees and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the employees or family members of the employees of SENSLIFE and/or its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, and other coordinating agencies or individuals directly or indirectly providing services to SENSLIFE, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
    • The judgment of the contest is based solely on the discretion of SENSLife. Winners will be selected based on the max views on tagged reel. They will then win a 1 43 (108cm) Smart TV.
    • Disputes, if any, in relation to this contest shall be decided by SENSLIFE management, and the decision of SENSLIFE’ management in this regard shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained by SENSLIFE.
    • The courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to preside over issues arising under these terms and conditions.
    • Participants agree that personal data provided to SENSLIFE including name, mailing address, telephone number and email address may be processed, stored, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the contest.
    • Participants also understand this data may be used by SENSLIFE in order to verify a participant’s identity and telephone number in the event a participant wins the contest. Participants have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by the company in connection with the contest by contacting SENSLIFE. If a participant does not provide the data required at the time of being declared as the giveaway winner, that participant’s entry will be ineligible. Otherwise, all personal information that is collected from the participant is subject to SENSLIFE ’ Privacy Policy.
    • By accepting the prize, winner agrees and consents to SENSLIFE  and its affiliates and/or subsidiaries use of winner’s photograph/name and/or likeness to name for a reasonable time after completion of the contest in promotional and advertising material of the SENSLIFE  (or its agents), as a winner of the giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
    • Each participant hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold SENSLIFE , its directors, employees, its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, and subsidiaries, harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and / or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from or in relation with such participant’s participation in the Contest.
    • SENSLIFE reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the contest at any time, at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
    • The winner will be contacted on/after the announcement on Instagram & Facebook by a direct message. In case the winner does not respond within 72 hours, then such winner’s goodies shall be cancelled and passed on to the next winner. In such a case, the winner shall not be able to claim the goodies at a later date. SENSLIFE shall not be responsible or liable to compensate any individual in the event of forfeiture of the Prize.
    • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, cannot be duplicated, is not for sale, and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers, and no substitution by the winner for cash alternative is offered.
